Fmd there’s been three plays and misses in the past five overs and a bat pad that ballooned to short point which could have gone anywhere. It might just be these two looking really good but there does not seem to be many demons in this pitch.

Seriously I don’t know what game you blokes watch sometimes.
He is still prone to nicking off. He scored of Hazelwood early because he was too straight. As soon as the quicks adjusted their lines, they began to tie him down. For all the talk about Kohli's 2014 seried in England, he is a much improved and different player now. He doesn't get out edging Anderson anymore. Wish the narrative around him would change from how he nicks deliveries outside off stump. His problem now is spin bowling. This is why he had such a terrible series in 2017 against Australia on square turners. Could barely hold his bat against O Keefe and Lyon. Australian commentators obviously don't watch cricket enough to pick up on these things and are surprised when talking about Kohli's last few innings against Australia, 3 of the Tests were in India. Of course you dimwits. He loves pace and bounce and ball coming on to his bat. The reason he had an excellent 2014 series in Australia because Lyon was not yet the bowler he is now and Aus mainly used Johnson to do what the did against England in 2013 and more he huffed and puffed, the more Kohli smashed him. Today he was batting fluently against Hazelwood who was bowling well. The moment Lyon came on, his scoring rate dipped. He can't sweep like YK nor is he confident to use his feet like Pujara hence he has very few scoring options against Lyon.
Only 2/74 man. So early for these kind of commentsI don't think we're dislodging these two in a hurry. and if we don't do both India'll get a lead, or at least a good enough score. I have no faith in our batsmen setting anything substantial, so a lead of 80-100 would be nice.
Cause dismissing Pujara was so easy in the last match.Only 2/74 man. So early for these kind of comments
Brother.Being a South Australia fan, it's not difficult to lose all hope easily
Have you watched the game? It's still doing a reasonable amount. Seems an odd time to be complaining about the pitch.Regardless of what happens now, I have to say umm disappointed in this pitch. I was hoping and expecting something like this: 3rd Test, India tour of South Africa at Johannesburg, Jan 24-27 2018 | Match Summary | ESPNCricinfo.
This is Perth ffs. He city where Ambrose took 7-1. Shows you how Australian pitches have worsened over the years.
