I'm far more likely to attend at AB Field than at the Gabba. Doing this though would remove some of the home ground advantage for the test side. And the Gabba is a much nicer field to play on that AB Field with better drainage.

I'm about 90% sure this doesn't really matter anyway.

can't help but notice that the WA/QLD had something rare among most modern day shield matches: neither team was carrying a bowler who had 250 FC wickets at an average of 25.

Obviously only showing the boundaries will give you a limited viewing point, but boy, you wouldn't mind getting him driving based on that

No he doesn't. I wasn't commenting on technique.

Mostly I think Sangha looks really good and I already love the way Edwards plays. Predicting Test success is another matter entirely, of course, and I personally don't get the Ponting comparison.

Skull still burned when he told Gilchrist's old man his son wouldn't make it because he hits it in the air through gully. Good on him for telling a story against himself (one of Skull's nice traits) but I think he's wary of talking down anyone with interesting techniques.

Doolan has had a decent start to the season tbh. They could do worse than consider him for the test side, though they won’t.
