SL might chase it down but it's definitely something to bowl at for Afghanistan, especially considering how SL capitulated in the first match.

Yeah Najibullah and Gulbadin just didn't come off at all.

I really think it was a great toss to win though; the pitch seemed to have slowed down significantly by about the 30 over mark. You don't usually see conditions change so much throughout the course of an ODI. It could be a hard total to chase against three good spinners, especially since Sri Lanka's batting lineup is straight up dire.

What about the dew factor?

Yeah hard to say until the second innings starts and we can see the extent of it. Weirdly enough I think Nabi might even actually enjoy the dew, but it could throw Mujeeb right off.
Rashid definitely doesn't enjoy the dew, and he bowls at the death. I think the result of this match may entirely depend on dew.
