Yes but it shouldn't be the bowling or the batting side (like in the past) instead umpires should face the blame. I feel DRS should ideally be handed over to the 3rd umpire permanently, it's still a gamble for instance when you lose 2 reviews, like that WI vs Zim test IIRC?
