Clarification

At 2.17 pm (AEST) today, The Burgey Team (TBT) made a post in which they expressed support for India in the second test match against England which commences this evening, Australian time.

Obviously such a post is offensive to any decent thinking people, and in no way reflects the wholesome views, first-rate values, unimpeachable decency and impeccable judgment of Burgey himself.

Loyal readers and fans of both Burgey and (of course to a lesser extent) TBT can rest assured those responsible have been dealt with in the strongest possible terms allowed within Australian workplace laws; and that in keeping with the seriousness of the offence, Burgey himself will be ensuring the punishment is carried out appropriately. This includes making the offending staff members read all of *****'s posts. If that online lobotomy doesn't work to bring the staff members into line, the relevant people will be dismissed and replaced by the best and brightest of the 17,000 applicants we've had for a job with TBT.

India need to bat too. Unless England get bowled out in a couple of sessions in each innings, there shouldn't be enough time for a result. Unless, I suppose, both teams are dismissed for stupidly low scores in the first 3 innings.
