Yep. idiot went for a morning run and jumped over a wall, rolled his ankle and that was it for the tour.

That was before he went inot the building game and basically persuaded (to use a neutral term) a lot of people to invest in his company, including iirc TOTAB. Money which they never saw again.
So he duped TOTAB and you're being NEUTRAL?!

Billy played his last test a year later. McGrath was promising in 96', and on his way to becoming a great. Averaging in the high 20s at that point. Just checked. His average kept decreasing after his dreadful first match right till the very end, never rising above 22 again. That's what I call consistency.
We call them Jones and C Cairns in NZ.

WTF - Desserts complement the main dishes. You shouldn't be eating chocolate cake after chicken curry any more than eating gulab jamun after steak and lobster.
Hmmm, I'm not one to pander to Burgey's arguments generally - but I'd even have my entree to a different restaurant to the main let alone dessert if I didn't like the choices.

Good eating is good eating. Mediocre is mediocre. His argument is valid if you don't like Asian dessert. Call it entree, mains, dessert multi-restaurant-fusion.

I would certainly suggest running with some delicious Indian for main, but do both of you a favour and walk up the road to a non-Asian place rather than end the night with the dross which passes for Indian desserts.
Sure you didn't mean running from some delicious Indian? Sounds suspiciouly like you are describing vindaloo to me.

He said 'with'. It is the 21st century. Let Mr and Mr Burgey/Mrs Burgey do as they please in their off time, regardless of their ethnicity difference.

Another promising food thread has been Miyagi'd
I love it when ***** as a native English speaker turns nouns such as myself into a verb.

Makes me feel warm and fuzzy, esp with my page 3 entry on Merv Hughes's diet :P
