Shikhar Dhawan can be unstoppable when he gets going, as he showed on debut against Australia and during the tour of Sri Lanka last year. Now he's become the first Indian batsman, and only the sixth from anywhere, to make a hundred before lunch on day one, joining Victor Trumper, Charlie Macartney, Don Bradman, Majid Khan and David Warner.
