Na, we don't. That would mean Pakistan need 400 minimum to have a chance, can't see that happening. Any lead over 130 should be good enough.
Pakistan would choke under pressure if the lead is big enough. An innings defeat could be a possibility.

Big wicket before the new cherry. Still in a fantastic position though.
Sounds a pretty lame dismissal according to cricinfo.
Yet another one of our top order batsmen gets out after making a start. Nice of us to try and keep our visitors in the game, I suppose, but a better side would have seen at least one of their top 5 go on and make a big score.

Best I have seen Faheem bowl I still hold reservations whether he is a long term test option but if he can bowl like this more often then why not

Abbas is a yard of pace down this game maybe he needs to up his fitness. He tends to be at his best when bowling at 82-83 mph

Woakes has a chance here to take his test batting average above Malan. It's already above Stoneman, Jennings and Vince. It will be a good effort if Woakes can get his batting average to 30 at some point in tests. He's on a 28.6 average as it stands.

I think Jennings and Malan are big question marks at this level. England need to think carefully about them if they want to dominate test series on a regular basis. The problem with Pakistan and England as they are teams that only seem to be very cold or hot. Pakistan have a mountain to climb to get back into the game after the first innings.

Anderson's recent stats are pretty remarkable. The last 71 wickets he has taken in tests have only cost him 19 a piece. I think he's a better bowler than he's ever been in all conditions. The real question mark is the rest of them, who are all very inconsistent.

I admit I don't follow Pakistan closely, but feel they are at least a good front line bowler and batter short. Both sides aren't where they want to be in terms of their teams that's for sure.

I think we've done well to schedule them for end May/early June rather than the end of August

England's batting line up is pretty weak overall . Too many of them are prone to 20s and 30s which the pundits seem to try to defend that. The problem is that the weaker batters they never capitalise when in decent nick and are bound to get single figure scores from good deliveries before they are set. Their career averages aren't really acceptable apart from Cook and Root and just about Bairstow. I consider a batsman to be struggling at this level as a specialist batter if he's averaging sub 40 in career. Sub 37 at a real push.

Butler dropped catch was key could have kept the lead down to100
Think so. England are getting away now. Buttler comes across as quite a lucky player, I feel like he's most likely to be dropped (dropped catch) out of the England line up.
