How on earth Bayliss still has a job at Test level is beyond me. I accept he's done some great things for you guys at ODI level, but everything about his Test reign has been awful from lack of improvement of key players, poor selections, etc.

Totally agree, remove him as test coach, leave him to see out his contract in charge of the shorter formats and probably give the test job to Silverwood.

Head coaches head will roll first. Once that happens a couple of times then Strauss comes under scrutiny.

The Head Coach deals with the actual international team more.

Umm actually Pakistan is actually the only side England can't beat at home. All the "major" Test sides still get their asses handed to them in England.

Well the best option around is another Aussie as I rate Dizzy as the best coach around. Not really any options for an English coach unless you got for a threepeat with Moores.

Genuinely think Silverwood is being groomed as the replacement longterm so may as well give it him now.
