Not in Mrs Burgey’s top ten but tbf she’s busy running the APAC retail arm of a Fortune 500 company at the same time, so gotta cut her some slack.

This is because we have exceptional fresh produce and don’t have to import everything, unlike Hong Kong.

We can also wash our hands here and not make them dirtier. It’s a fair effort.

Yeah it’s an acquired taste tstl. Not a huge fan myself, but lots of people seem to love them for some reason. Doesn’t lead you to develop an intestinal parasite like a lot of Indian dishes, but yeah, not much of a fan.

We literally made them. We didn't grow the pepper but we made the brine and pickled then. Were really good.
