No one is saying Indian (or any other fans) aren't nationalistic.

It's just we do it better.

Have you never met an Indian cricket fan outside of CW?

More "We Aussies do it better than others, we are so special' nonsense being spewed here. You guys really need to get over yourselves. You are not special. 77 pages and it still hasn't sunk in.
He said more nationalistic than English fans I think, no need to bring India into everything

Indian cricket fans pop up in weird places. I was ********* a rain-effected pre-season red ball friendly between Somerset v Ireland and who should enter the chat room at the side but a crazy Indian fan ranting about how amazing the IPL is! You see them on football chats also.

Yeah obviously no one matches Indian fans when it comes to cricket, I was talking more about sports in general

And I was actually more saying it as a negative about Australian culture, not trying to imply Australia is somehow superior for having a population full of bandwagoners

Cricket Australia page on facebook, regardless of what the topic is (could be some random article about a South Australian groundsmen or whatever), top comments will always be varying between Indians commenting about Pakistan about "bombs" and Pakistanis commenting about India and "poo". With 50+ likes each. I'm not even joking. Articles that have nothing to do with either country.

That's more the negative side of the fandom though, obviously

Dude I'm trying to bait TJB into a rant about how Aussies fans are worse than Indians and you had to go and ****ing ruin it.

Indian fans like Daemon are the worst

They tend to say things like,

''Test cricket is boring and old history. Twenty20/IPL is the future. Virat Kohli is god''.

You can be literally watching some football match online and an Indian cricket fan will arrive in the chat out of the blue and start trolling everybody haha.

Edit,
You have to wonder how they got there, these crazy Indian IPL fans, found themselves on a stream of pre-county season friendly damp squib at Taunton, or Cricket Australia's official facebook profile? Just the randomness of the encounter is hilarious! It is like it is one fan also as it is exactly the same stuff that is said!

If the fans of countries are like parents:

Indian fans are like crazy fathers who go nuts when their kid fails.

English fans are like the kindly mummy who thinks everything their kid does is great, even if the kid is failing at everything.

Australian fans are like the dad who says "I'm not upset, just disappointed"...

In short, the only non-despicable cricket fans in the whole world are those who reside in a tiny country called New Zealand.

We need more Kiwis in this forum, I say. And less of these miserable Indians, Australians and Englishmen.
