Mixed eras ODI draft

Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
A player's era will depend on their debut ODI. You'll be choosing one player each from the following timeframes:

Pre 1980 (any ODI debut up until Dec 31st 1979)
1980-1984(Jan 1st 1980-Dec 31st 1984)
1985-1989
1990-1994
1995-1999
2000-2004
2005-2009
2010-2014
2015 to now

This is only 9 timeframes. So you can double or triple up on a timeframe for those extra 2 players needed to make a team. It's up to you which timeframe(s) you do this for.

Looking for 10-12 players, min 20 ODIs

Why? I can see it in a "pick a squad using their ODI averages" sort of team, but I don't think he'll be of a significant advantage to whoever picks him. It's not like Bradman.

EDIT: Plus there's a minimum ODI limit anyway according to the OP.

Why does the first full round need to have 24 hours wait time?Probably first pick only should get special allowance

The most important spelling is wrong. It is srbhkshk, not srbhsshk. That completely changes the meaning of the word, and the draft, and the forum and life.
