Standard par score in SA is 300-350 almost regardless of wicket or ground.... almost always something for the bowler.

300 is way better than par against South Africa's lineup. Against current SA 230-240 should be about par.

It's definitely not an original thought, but I'm questioning the degree to which it has been tried, bearing in mind that there are hardly any genuine quicks who bowl yorkers.
