Lol it seems to be suggesting that the most important passage of play was when SA were already 200 ahead with 5 in hand. Would've thought it was when we failed to break through the Elgar-AB partnership.
Yeah, Patel not going for that catch of Elgar off Bumrah before they went off for bad light must have cost us at least 50 runs or so.

Parthiv loves costing us in big away tours. It's disgraceful that we don't have a better backup keeper than him.
Dinesh Karthik really screwed us all over by not cashing in on all the opportunities given to him. The only reason Parthiv is here instead of him is because when Parthiv was given the call, he showed up and scored runs. That's all Karthik had to do as well. Parthiv isn't good enough for this level, he's just getting the gig because of lack of alternatives.

In an ideal world our selectors wouldn't be selecting keepers on batting prowess, and Karthik would have been given more of an extended run in the Test side, but we don't live in a fair world. It's just a shame Karthik never lived up to his potential at the international level.

Just pick someone else. Bin the both of them off and be done with it.

If Saha's crocked, blood Pant or Kishan or someone, or go for an old battler who hasn't been thoroughly mediocre for 25 Tests.

I swear this #intent has gotten into ChePu's head. Trying to steal runs that aren't there so his strike rate looks better.

****ing Kohli.
