Some strange choices. I understand the financial reasons for the India v minnow group games, but England v Namibia?
Does England v whoever major team in their group is clash with India v minnow?

True, but you'll see he does have a nice simple agribusinessman's approach down in the engine room, Watson. You can never underrate the importance of having that guy chipping in to make your sixth score of 25-55, when you're a team full of young New Zealanders.
