Smith would want a 200 lead I reckon. He’d have these two bat what passes normally for Marsh brothers until stumps then look to go hard tomorrow morning for a session. Will bet on batting once and Lyon twirling England out.

That did not get more than 10m above the ground
I went to a BBL game at the scg last year when MMarsh was hitting them around and it was scary how hard and flat he hits the ball. Crowd killers.

Yeah at the ODI down here I saw, he was basically targeting individual spectators at long-on off near-yorkers. Christ he hits them hard.

Yeah , Crane has got it.

Please England, stick by him through the tough times early on.

Reckon he could do with someone telling him to just relax a bit. Almost too much energy going through the crease.

Root, who typically follows the ball around with a fielder like an excitable puppy, now leaves everyone up as Ali is getting pumped over the top. He's clearly decided Ali's figures need to reflect the fact Crane has been the better spinner of the two in this match.

Fmd he nearly killed dharmasana at square leg then

Wasn’t he 4 off about 30 odd balls here?

Crane deserved wickets today. He had both Khawaja and Mitch Marsh in all sorts at various stages, & Shaun popped that one straight in the air. Could have easily had 4 or 5 for an another day.

A day we'll never see

When was the last time a different pair of brothers had a 100 run test partnership? Grant/Andy Flower?
