Not sure what Cook was trying to do there. Great catch though.
Bowlers must have been worse than englands.****ing hell cook looks done. Hard to believe he scored a double ton not too long ago.
Jimmy will play on (even on one leg, if necessary) just to beat McGrath's wicket total to spite Aussies.Didn't want to risk giving the jerk another cheap michelle
Yeah batsmen like Cook lose it really quickly. See what happened to Graeme Smith for example.Yeah I think he’s dusted. Had a great career but he just looks that little bit behind the eight ball intensity wise. Lost the edge. It’s really hard when that happens, especially as an opener.
Anderson in the same sentence as McGrath is more spiteful.Jimmy will play on (even on one leg, if necessary) just to beat McGrath's wicket total to spite Aussies.

Couldn't agree more. 'Especially as an opener' is crucial. It is such a challenge you got to be on it. Think Smith, Hayden going quickly.Yeah I think he’s dusted. Think you right. If anything England will start their home summer with him and assess where they stand with openers as the County season goes on.England don't really have any other replacements for Cook though, do they? Hameed has done ****all in County cricket since the India series, hasn't he? It's always going to look worse for a batsman at the end of his career on a high pressure away tour. Wouldn't be surprised if he went to NZ and got runs tbh.
