There's a whisper going round that Stokes has been booked on a plane to Aus - if true this will be entertaining

So he's finally been convicted then?
Word in the corridors of a certain police station is that he's to be NFA'd (No Further Action)

However I should add that the word in question comes from a civilian employee reaching a conclusion on the basis of the body language of a senior officer

If he rocked up Boxing Day Melbourne, a crowd of 90,000 and it was perhaps 1-1 with one draw due to rain or a flat pitch, I can think of nothing better.
It would be so good if he plays. The series really needs a good spark to get it going

S.Kennedy

International Vice-Captain
Knowing the aussie police these days they would regard him as something of a hero seeing he was apparently defending two homosexual chaps. They'd probably give him a free pink t-shirt and make him a speaker at their diversity courses.

edit
Although he had a Bacardi breezer in his system so I suppose the western ''alcohol free warrior' Australian constabulary would dish out a heftier fine for that alone.

Has anything been made official yet... I know that there has been rumours but? Does he not also have to face an ECB hearing, afterwards?
