Have you ever been to Young? They have a whole festival for Cherries. Making toast is at least the equivalent to a night out at the movies. And I'm talking 3d Gold Class.

If some of the WA dismissals are any indication, they’ll be lucky to get within 100 of the target. The shooter SMarsh got was bad enough but the nickouts were very worrying.

Young is an important historic and cultural town. Site of the Lambing Flat Riot which sort of helped the White Australia Policy get up and going.

It also has probably the weirdest shop in the world, a pet supply store which is also a s*x shop. Bill Bryson wrote about both in his excellent book “Down Under”.

There's a world of difference between being an important historic and cultural town and actually having anything to do there (other than during the cherry festival). Quaint, and picturesque it may be. But being overwhelmed with interesting things to do is not something to be feared in Young.
