Bangladesh doing what England should have done with Maharaj. Don't let him settle and get on top of him, he is decent but no world beater, we let him bowl over after over without trying to get on top.

That was brilliant. Quality fielding by Temba and Aiden.

Seen less and less of it with SA with AB, Faf, JP getting older and Miller/Rossow only playing white ball stuff in recent years.

Temba kind of stood out a bit in the tour over here. Getting another good one in will help.

Our out fielding has not been at its best... but it is our slip catching that worries me. We have been dropping to many of those.

Yeah true. Think Aiden will be that guy. He is known to field point etc but his captaincy strength probably will effect that.

Just thinking how awkward Cook and de Bruyn look in the field. You need athletes or superb grabbers in the slips now.

Faf taken some bliders but shelling too many. Seens like they back Elgar in the slips but if AB comes back he has to replace Elgar unless Faf's captaincy effects things for him.

Interesting it was Hash who said he didn't want field in slips to spin. He gobbled that easy one up.

Would possibly look at bringing Quinny in at 3.

Hash making his life difficult by taking that catch so easily.....

Don't watch cricket live but it would appear that Rabada has gone off the boil a bit. Any thoughts??

Not much competition but he has been head and shoulders the best quick on display this test match. Wasn’t great in New Zealand or England but I expect him to fare much better this home season.

That was an awful review. Usually Elgar scores big and next knock (or for the rest of the series) gets out before double figures, so 18 could be considered an improvement.
