Well you can say that again.

What a hack.

He does that in every situation I've ever seen him bat, including the game last week after Hope had played a brilliant, responsible innings.

When he comes off, everyone loves it, but that's the double-edged sword. I feel like he could be a decent batsman if he would just play situationally but I doubt that will ever happen.
