Fair to say Kohli's going to be in trouble when he tours England. Looked like a tailender against Amir. Of the 9 balls he faced, he either edged or as beaten on 5 of them.

I think at this point it may be too late to sort out. He needs to find a way to work around it but he can't really adjust his technique now. It's ingrained at this point.

Yeah he is never going to avoid those dismissals in odis.. But i think he can just leave everything outside off in tests.

170-180 off the last 100 is relatively realistic if we have Jhadav, Pandya and Jadeja to come. For that we need at least a 100 run partnership from now on, that's why I wouldn't mind Ashwin next if a wicket falls.

No, Jadhav is the only one who can pull this off, along with the two pensioners at the crease. Sending Ashwin now would be useless, he's not going to score quickly.

I get that but then it's tough to ask him to score quickly being 4 down for nothing. I know he did it against England but at least we had Kohli at that point. Now it's a matter of having a partnership (even if slow) and then basically bringing it down to a T20 senario. That's the only realistic shot India have.
