It's worse when it bounces a bit after it's been grounded and the bails get broken at that exact moment. Or when the batsman jumps a bit trying to evade a throw after he's already made his ground comfortably. Those should be not out.

That's not out under new rules. Once you've made your ground you've made your ground. if your bat or feet are in the air when the bails come off it doesn't matter anymore.
