England Loins cruised to victory against SA A in even more convincing fashion than the senior team. Chased down 269 with 9 wickets and 9.3 overs to spare

I know George Bailey has a weird stance but it looked even more stupid today. His dismissal was so bad.

Fletcher the constant at Notts.

Pattinson, Broad, Ball replaced by Gurney, Hutton and Wood

Is Coad an England prospect? Not seen anything of him.

Frontarse still performing. Amazing stuff.

He wouldn't be the first not-particularly-special English seamer to have one excellent season.

Maybe next year he will be that summer's dodgy ODI experiment. Look forward to it

Personally I'd say no. Nips it around at barely more than medium pace.

Have to bookmark this comment for when he takes his 400th test wicket at 25.
At the moment I think he's more likely to be the next Kevin Emery than the next Angus Fraser, but maybe he'll do a Bob Massie along the way

Livingstone 100* from 68 balls for the Loins, shame the series couldn't have been at a time we weren't playing the dark side.

Youngster, Sukhjit Singh finishes with 6 for 144 after being 1 for 100 odd. Great mental strength to come back, if he bowls well might mean the end of Jeets as our overseas player. Long way to go yet though.

Well seeing as half the Yorkshire side is away then it couldn't have been a better week for the match for you. Still getting a thrashing though.

Looks like a good day today.

Good 2 c Holden getting some runs. Saw a couple of his innings in the preseason and he's hitting the ball like a man now (as opposed to win he was playing for the eng u19s when he lacked a bit of power). Middlesex are going to have a few options at the top of their order next year.
From the same game good to see Paul Coughlin starting to put in some performances. Had plenty of injuries but 24 now so needs to start putting it together on the regular if he wants to push for England honours. Has some good skills but pretty raw for a guy of 24.

Crane will be looking for some more wickets tomorrow. Good opportunity for a long bowl with the pressure on the batsmen. Rose Bowl possibly taking more spin than normal.

Hopefully Derby can turn over Notts. Derby without a win in 2 or 3 years iirc in the championship.

Livingstone and Dawson performing for the lions again. Should keep the pressure on Moeen in the ODI side which is a good thing.

Paul Coughlin is not going anywhere near England I assure you.

Bloody awful.
