Goldberg getting booed is so stupid. The only real thing wrong with his run was how they booked the KO match. Otherwise, he did a top job imo... Cut some amazing promos (whoda thought?), went out on his back, and had one of the most entertaining matches on the show at WM. Wrestling fans are so **** sometimes.
I agree, but I think some of the stupidity might have been generated by an interview given by Goldberg the other day where he said that being back with the E was making him seriously miserable. I gather it went down very poorly with the IWC. Not that this justifies him being booed necessarily, but it probably explains some of it at least.

I didn't even see that interview. That kinda seems weird because this whole thing is driven by a passion to wrestle for his son, and it's not like he's been doing house shows. I think it was more just, you know, some people don't like Goldberg going back a long time. I didn't think too much of it.

The promo he cut after Raw tonight could have upset some people, although I personally think anyone responding to the What chants is a hero

the great ladder match between the young bucks and the hardy's from the night before WM is on youtube. watch it now before it gets taken down.

Yeah, great segment. Basically just a big "**** you guys, I'll do what I want" promo. I hope they keep booking him like that, comes across as a legit badass.
This has always been the problem, not Roman himself.
It was awesome, but there's no reason to believe in 2 weeks time Raw won't have a main event of Roman Reigns vs Samoa Joe & Kevin Owens with Cole screaming "can the big dog defend his yard against the odds". It happened at the top of the show, with nothing to do with any type of future opponent, on the night Vince loves to say the crowd doesn't really know what they're doing. They were smart in how they handled it tonight, but I don't think it indicts anything positive for the future

Yeah, sadly I suspect you are absolutely right.

Shame though, they're definitely missing a trick. I'd defo make an effort to tune in regularly to see badass heel Roman pissing off the live crowds.

Lol so 'taker was randomly put halfway down the ramp in his final entrance. And still made it look too long. Wag.

I always thought Roman going to smackdown at the next draft was a slam dunk, and it'd probably help rehabilitate his image, but the only way to get him back onto Raw for the Brock match at WM would be to win the Rumble and that would be a(nother) disaster. I suppose they are saying the shake up next week isn't a draft...

I feel like that table got destroyed like 4 times. Can't believe The Young Bucks fan is saying this, but there were probably too many gimmick spots last night. Obviously Jeff Hardy's one was fine, I thought the Goldberg spear was great, but some of the other stuff, ehhhhhhh. (I guess those two I named, no-one else could have done them, so they've got that advantage)

And how can you hate Ohno you horrible horrible poster.
My future viewing is sorted

(i've already seen a lot of these matches but hey. also two great matches managed to be excluded from this. chris hero's 2016 was so awesome)

No great pops in that PPV, except for Kurt Angle's appearance and the Hardys' return. No Dean Ambrose, Samoa Joe? Disappointing tstl. I rate it...meh out of ten.

at least watch the hardy's match i just linked to

Ambrose was on the preshow. i meant to say this last night, but it's kinda amazing that HHH has now had singles matches against all 3 of the shield guys, and two of them were designed solely to put Roman and Seth over, and yet the Ambrose match was a) easily the best one and b) probably did more to get the wrestler over

How do the Raw ropes change color for the cruiserweight segment? Do they replace it or is it something else like removing a layer of color?

Athlai

Not Terrible
Miz should be the perfect foil to Nakamura to introduce him to the mainstream audience. Good booking IMO.
