Good stuff Kane, though got mixed feelings. Kinda wanted Ross to be the one to equal his mentor's record.

Fantastic hundred from Williamson. Forecast for the 5th day looks iffy but tomorrow is looking good, so NZ still have enough time to force a result.

turns out facing jeets, ajaz and woodcock straight breaks at plunket level doesn't really set you up for straight breaks at test level

test match straight break left armers are magical straight breakers

can't believe we've voodoo'd up some play today btw. was miserable when i went to work this morning, pretty dark outside now and i think we've had loads of drizzle from some dark clouds over the river

Raval practically begging them to bring back Morkel and Philander with the new ball so they can stop terrorising him with Duminy and Elgar.

Had a meeting and just got back: Kaneh :notworthy:

Really want to see Raval get the hundred, even if it takes him another 60 balls to get there.

I know someone will pipe up with 'surprisingly recently', but when was the last time an NZ opener batted through to the second new ball (exc Zimbabwe)?

Didn't Latham get a double ton v the Bangerz earlier this season?

Did Guptill make it through to the 2nd new ball with his hundred v SRL last season? Would've been damn close.
