Big impact made by that 9th wicket stand. Biggest partnership since the 2nd wicket.

SL have done enough to give Bangladesh a hard time in the 4th innings but I still expect this to be chased down.

****ing hell Aleem Dar why the **** did you nod

seriously if I caught myself napping and suddenly nodding at a huge appeal i'd just follow through and give it out. Rather be seen as making a mistake on a tight call vs being caught not really paying attention on what is happening

anything under 150 should be chased down tbh. even on a nightmare deck someone getting a few jammy boundaries away screws the fielding team. every edge for four hurts.

bangladesh still well in the hunt

Going to be some last day. If SL can sneak another 20 runs in the morning they will fancy their chances. Might be the time for Tamim to tee off and get a quick 30-40 to ease nerves.

Hope Bangladesh do it but can see Fatty spoiling the party.

BD getting that win against England will surely give them confidence that they can get across the line again. Must say they've really stepped up in recent times and being a supporter of the team directly above them I have to admit their rise concerns me. They were good for large parts in NZ, gave England hell and could be on the verge of drawing in SL...their fans must think they are dreaming right now. SL on the other hand appear to be going backwards after the drumming they got in South Africa. Nevertheless the last day should be exciting. The last two wickets need to take it as close to lunch as possible, maybe put on 30-40 runs and then it will be a game. Anything less than that then BD's improved batting, plus depth, means they've got to be the favourite surely?

Well apart from beating Australia the Sri Lankans have been poor for a while. They are clearly struggling at present which is understandable when they have lost most of their batting and only really have one top bowler in the side. They have the worst pace attack in the world which puts them on the back foot before they even start unless they play on a spinning pitch, things can change quickly though, look how Bangladesh have improved with Mehedi and Fizzy coming into the side to give some proper support to Shakib.

The pitch doesnot have much wear and tear yet. Odd balls have turned but that you would expect from day 4/5 pitch. Bounce has been pretty even. We should chase 180 odd. I am hopeful.

Mushfiqur needs to bat 4 for this chase

Hell he should bat at 3. I don't need the stench of Kayes ruining this run chase.

It would be nice if Tamim and Sarker can do what they've been doing lately and put on close to 100odd
