On slow pitches you expect shots like playing a druve uppishly. Think Rahane's wicket can be attributed to not adjusting to the pace but don't think Virat's and Vijay's wickets had anything to do with it.

What's the difference?
Hmm, you can get out even if you play the proper shot if you didn't time it well. But shots like Vijay against O'Keefe showed poor match awareness. Shouldn't be doing that last over before lunch. Although I do agree it'd have looked bad regardless of when he had done it, such is the nature of stumpings.
