Good call. I was having a look and it seems pretty rare. Last one I can see involving Australia was the tour of Sri Lanka in 1999 which Sri Lanka won 1-0 with a fair bit of rain.

There was a time period a few years ago where every new Australian bowler seemed to get Sachin Tendulkar as their first test wicket
