Today is gonna be really bad.

Hope Jaddu saves us. Can't be expecting big runs from this lineup anymore. Gotta stop this from swelling way past 400

Whatever score Australia makes, India need to make 150-200 more than that. With the long batting line up that India has and considering that Australia is playing with only 4 bowlers, it is definitely possible.

Smith is such a first innings bully.
1st innings average - 91
2nd innings average - 53
3rd innings average - 49
4th innings average - 33

When I hoped Yadav would break through Maxwell's defence this wasn't exactly what I had in mind.

You don't bowl quick thanks to your biceps Umesh plz. Should have slapped your ass instead.

mr mister (or jimmy?) to make a post on what he thinks Maxwell's bat snapping in half represents with reference to India's spirit

Really didn't expect Maxi to be not out at the end of yesterday and to bat through a session. Good effort from him. Now he can bat through another session.

Apparently he can bat anywhere he likes since it's an "external injury". Doesn't make much sense.
The idea is that if you get injured due to an external blow -from the ball hitting you, or impact when diving to stop the ball, or colliding with another player- they won't punish you like they would if you pulled a muscle or smth like that

I think they want to encourage players to play the game without worrying about injuries, but want to penalise unfit ****s who can't deal with it.

Nah, I just think it's because one is more susceptible to abuse than the other
