***Official*** Australia in India 2017

why Australia should and will lose.

Australia have rediscovered their love of collapse. These things never come alone.
India are sledging Australians silly with comments like "I'll eat you for soup and desert". Seriously, that would **** with your mind. At first you'd be about to laugh in the face of who said it, but then it would pick away at your sensibilities until you are out.
Warner can not ton up. Australia needs his ton to keep "soup and dessert" sledges at bay.
Cummins is about to break down, probably warming up.
Lyons finger is sore. A sore finger is not simple, like playing with a hernia. Sore fingers are serious business.
Australians have been bullied into fear of looking towards the dressing rooms by the BCCI (money). That will make it hard to take slips catches from one end.
Kohli is due a double hundred. Ashwin is due a bag.
We've entered the time of year when Orion declines in the southwest after dark, with his Belt turning horizontal. nuff said
why India should and will lose

>The win last test means they won't learn from their mistakes. The bowling attack will continue to bowl dry and hope the Aussies throw their wickets away at the sigh of spin, swing and uneven bounce. They'll continue to let them milk singles under the false assumption that the Aussie bats crave boundaries and will inevitably do something stupid. In the process, they'll allow Australia to pile on a score that's way too high whilst spending way too long in the field.

> Ashwin is rekt. Hasn't found his form and rhythm. Still has a sports hernia. And now will be overconfident coming off a match-winning 6-fer. He'll promptly proceed to bowl tripe all whilsts scratching his forehead and wondering what is going on

> Ishant and Yadav will keep bowling short hoping to get more grubbers like they did in the last test

> Rahane has already produced his one magical innings for the series. Expect him to not score another run for the remaining two tests

> Lokesh Rahul is due a low score

> Kohli will be too busy checking to see if Smith and Co. are looking up to the dressing room every ball to actually focus on his batting, fielding and captaincy. Expect Jadeja to go unbowled till the 126th over.

> Playing in MSD's hometown will put enormous pressure on Saha, who will then feel the need to prove to the crowd that he's every bit as good, and he'll pick up two ducks attempting helicopter shots off Cummins whilst constantly missing runout chances by trying to turn his back to the stumps and flick the ball onto them

> With exam season around the corner, Karun Nair won't be able to focus on the match due to constant phone calls from his parents reminding him to study for IIT entrance exams in between innings

> Pat Cummins has never lost a test match

> India have never beat Australia in a test match that falls on the March Equinox, which this year falls on March 20th.

Guys I'm nervous

Lol! For Saha to fall to Cummins in both innings Cummins would have to stay fit past the opening over. Ain't gonna happen.

Ashwin is still a concern regardless of the second innings in the previous test. He looks so obviously overworked. Put a little more body into his deliveries in the second innings for sure, which was encouraging, so I hope it continues. Helps that there's a bit of a gap so he can rest up before kohli bowls him into the ground and ignores Jadeja again.

Whatever it takes!!!
3 test matches start tomorrow don't they? Will be awesome...

And ***** is absolutely right. Pitch might be up and down on day 1 just because of the moisture taking time to dry out. We will see a dry track and opt to bat on winning hte toss and then get rolled over by Cummins and Haze bowling 150 and 140+ respectively at the stumps of our right handers. And Haze will bowl around the wicket to create the footmarksf or Lyon to exploit and we will be bundled out for 150 odd by tea. And then Oz will lose an early wicket or two only for the Chump and Renshaw and Marsh to grind us out and take them to 350, after whcih Maxwell and Wade will come in and have a slogging contest and flog our tired bowling attack apart. Then they will declare 450 ahead and we will just crumbvle under scoreboard pressure to SOK and be bowled out for a 100.

***** will then quote his post and tell us all how he always knew. :p

Sounds like the perfect third test.

Indian's trying to sledge on the field and Aussies on CW giving their best shot at Gambhiring. The Trump revolution has indeed arrived.

I am pretty sure Aussies were not quiet when they were bowling. :) Think both teams are dishing it out to each other when they are bowling.

when did the australian psyche become so piss weak?

all this bitching and complaining about pitches is an absolute embarrassment. it just reeks of a complete lack of confidence in their own ability and engineering a ready made excuse.

winning overseas is all about overcoming the odds and alien conditions and its not like india get a different pitch rolled out when its their turn to bat.

News out of the Australia team is Kelvin Kerkow and Steve Glasson have been selected to open the bowling on this deck. Expect a bit of movement both ways and a good contest for the jack.
