Whatever it takes!!!
I mean, Smith has spend the last few hours showing that, with a little luck, you can bat on this deck if you grit your teeth and earn your runs. Far from easy, and he definitely had the aforementioned work, but he did it. When it comes a total lottery and result and skill become totally decoupled, that's when it's a bad pitch IMO.
And yet when I post this I am "losing my ****" :p

It's true that this wicket isn't meant for big hundreds. That is a real beef if someone has that.

I think people could point to more Jadeja's spells more, the way he would just beat the bat a million times and there's seemingly nothing to be done about it except hope and pray.

Just saw that second catch of Handscomb's - that was awesome. Everything really did go our way today. Sure there will be many days where it doesn't, so I'm enjoying it.

Terrible wicket. Puffs of dust off good lengths on the second morning (and I presume much of the first day as well) makes for poor cricket. People cheering the excitement probably don't last more than two minutes with their significant others either.

This is true. Everyone knows T20 fans barely last 10 seconds.

Sure but it's all still predictable which means batters can formulate a plan and try and stick to it.

A Bunsen is when the only plan is to hope lady luck smiles on you.

Now that 1 innings confirms O' Keefe as the greatest test spinner in Australian history, what do we talk about now

Haha, jokes on you. I never have significant others.

At least they have significant others not simply known as the "Hand".

Best I can do for myself is November 2010.

Come at me bros.
**** Nate.

I'd completely forgotten I wasn't posting here back in late 10.

I can pull a 5 Nov selection of O'Keefe in an Aus ODI side though - Australias ODI side (a view to the world cup 2011) | The Front Row Forums and a few other wraps such as Sheffield Shield - NSW v VIC | The Front Row Forums, and Ashes squad | Page 2 | The Front Row Forums

But I must concede your Nov 1 post beats me. You are the champ.

Seriously, get stuffed

You have been trolling this forum for ages with your "opinion" that Oz had a hope in hell of winning a match in this series when everybody "knew" we were a longshot

Aus have a lead of 290 now and it's probably going to end up at 400+ most probably before they are all out. India are out of it imo. These guys are okay players of spin but if you have to pull this off, you have to have a few Gavaskers in your team

The kind of situation where the legends of Rahul and Laxman are born.

A team of Gavaskar, Graeme Smith, and 3 ODI Kohlis couldn't chase down 400+ in India. It just will not happen.
