Chelsea were a laughing stock during my teens and then became the scourge of my 20's. I'm 31 now and have made my peace that they could possibly extend this another decade.

We need change.

Let us petition the FA to immediately relegate Palace from the Premier League on humanitarian grounds
Corrected.

The Selhurst faithful are generally a pretty forgiving bunch, but if ever a display called for unmitigated abuse of a team, this must have been it.

Nosebleed time for my lot reaching 18th. The change since Mellon left has been remarkable and since loads of his duds were moved on. Paul Hurst is a manager going places if he can get a crap bunch of players he inherited to stay in touch then sign a load and go on a good run. Clearly not out of the woods yet but a nice gap to have now ahead of a couple of tough away games.

Gutting news for Connor Goldson, hope the surgery goes well and he can return, if not thank god they found it like James Taylor.

Just checked the table. Yorkshire Derby of some sort in the play offs looks likely. Tasty.

Wheels have really come off for Liverpool.
Klopp really needs a wake up call. How he thought many of these players are good enough is simply blind positivity. And while he is a great man motivator and has a good general footballing philosophy, he needs to improve his tactics. He keeps playing the same way, with mostly the same players, irrespective of the opposition and now it's obvious how to beat or get points off us. Create a low block, set up for counter attacks, try to get set pieces and if you put someone to mark Henderson he's basically useless.

Squad depth (or lack thereof) a big problem too I think. Furball and I have touched on it before, but his style is very frenetic and high intensity. Couldn't be kept up all season with the squad they have without things going a bit south.
