Time to conclude they are not biased, but simply not that good.no ball! these biased indian umpires
Not sure there is a rule or law for the 3rd umpire to check it, but it's surely common sense, not?

Big break on that wicket. No referral nor 3rd umpire checking, very poor from the officials. No excuse what so ever to miss that especially as they have power to tell on field umpire
