India 64/4 i thought india would need a miracle to win from there
I won't pretend I wasn't thinking a similar thing at the time, it's just that the fact that the miracle did occur and they've gone on to win just hasn't registered emotionally like it would have in the past.

What's amazing is that usually at 64/4 I'd tune out and go do some chores or something for a while

But just because Kohli was still out there and we weren't out of batsmen yet I decided to stay on and keep watching

Kohli in runchases really is something

Ball was pretty decent, all things considered. He's the juniorest bowler but looked the best. Has some promise as an ODI bowler, but then we've said that about others in the past, Finn and the like.

I think if bilateral ODIs in this generation were given the same importance as they were in the '90s, the ODI GOAT debate would be more or less settled by now.

As things stand, he probably needs one good individual WC (or even one knockout round century would do) to cement it.

MOTM has gone to Jadhav!!
Kohli won the random 'bankable player' award that they give to the 2nd top player of the match at the beginning of every ceremony..

AwtA. What kohli and de villiers are doing in odis is simply insane. Both definitely in the top 10 batsmen already imo.
