Well Morgan has the rigid plan that all England captains have, which is to bowl all the seamers for a bit, then bowl out the spinners through the middle overs. When Stokes started getting smashed he went to the tried and tested method of putting all the spinners on together. Only they were getting smashed. But he left them on for a while anyway. Now the seamers are back, getting smashed. So you could say it really wouldn't have mattered what he did but the bowling changes haven't exactly been inspired either.
