Jeez, Warner looked angry and fired up after catching that, perhaps that batsmen had trolled him earlier or something. Angry dude.

To maintain public interest, this series really needed Pakistan to win this match.

Now it's hard to see Oz losing a game and even local fans will focus more on the BBL. I was planning to go to Sunday's ODI but hard to see it being much of a contest tbh.

what? criminal? It's just common sense
Nah it's criminal, I could have been out at a ****tail party with the missus but opted for an evening in watching cricket hoping for a competitive ODI and a good BB game afterwards, only to discover BB are having a night off.

It's all about me, don't those idiot BB organisers not get it?

Well that's definitely fair enough

personally I was just looking forward to a night off to finally do something other than watch cricket, but looks like I'll have to wait another week at least

Tossing up whether to head out on he 22nd or not. Mrs Burgey is back from the US that day so maybe CBF.

Pathetic Pakistan. Hang your heads in shame.

God knows what the margin will be if Australia actually fire with the bat.

I don't think they were really that bad tbh, not like they were in the Test series. They were just thoroughly outplayed, especially in the second innings
Nah, they should have come a lot closer than they did. I think they checked out mentally in the last over of our innings and never really came back. They needed a Wade type innings but nobody was up to the mark.

True...

Although this team has a substantial difference in composition.
I think even for the new additions to the squad it's the intimidation of playing in Oz (especially when they're on a winning roll) that's a factor as well.

Oz's home ODI record in the past decade is a fair bit stronger than their Test record at home in the past few years (which is strong enough as it is); I think you have to go back to the SL 10/11 series for the last time Oz lost a ODI series at home. And there have been a lot of whitewashes in that time.

I reckon a more competitive match may require the opposition batting first. And not doing a Williamson and choosing to bowl on a ground with a bat-first history because of rain that is clearly not going to effect the match if you actually looked at the radar. On our pitches letting us set the target is bad unless you plan on bowling real well, because the pressure will tell.

Perhaps but I don't think this Pakistan has it in them even batting first to be competitive, esp with multiple players having to depart for personal reasons and Azhar Ali now injured.
