I'd at least give him a sighter of the Bangladeshi bowlers before he played in the tests.
No need, the Bangladesh attack is perfect for Ross, he loves teams that have no pace in the seam attack and no real spin threat either, he'll feast like it's the Windies or Zimbabwe again.

He actually has a poor record against Bangladesh.

The one test he played in NZ against them, he scored 41 and 51 in it... not exactly "poor"

Bangladesh in Bangladesh are a different prospect to Bangladesh in NZ.

Not exactly the feast you described either. It's okay to be wrong now and then.

The feast I described was on West Indies, India and Zimbabwe, and to be honest, this Bangladesh attack is very much like a version of theirs. That you want to nit pick everything I say on the off chance you may have a point is on you guys, not me. The point I made remains, this is the type of attack Ross Taylor loves to feast on.

This is Bangladesh's best chance of a win this series, a pitch that may suit their bowlers a little more than ours, will depend on what version of their batting turns up, because outside of Williamson, I think our guys will struggle to bat on this wicket against their spinners.

Southee persisting with short of a length bowling is so frustrating, he's a **** bowler unless he's pitching it up and he only does that when he's getting miracle swing.

This is a bit ominous. But the pitch looks much easier today, so hopefully we'll be able to chase down a decent score.

I can't believe I ate the whole thing
When you add all their matches together, the Bangladeshis have played more than the Blackcaps (thanks to a select few, mostly).
