I'd start by dropping and completely rebuilding our bowling attack for ODI cricket.
Keep Santner, Southee and Boult, add Wheeler and Wagner to the mix and get more overs out of Williamson....with whom?
So... keep most of the current attack?Keep Santner, Southee and Boult, add Wheeler and Wagner to the mix and get more overs out of Williamson.
I'd only play one of Southee/Boult. They're too samey otherwise.So... keep most of the current attack?
watThey're too samey otherwise.
You're right. Usually Boult bowls well and Southee doesn't.Very rarely do they both play well in the same match, test or otherwise.
You missed the t on the front.
When you're right, you're always right.On this wicket, the Bangladeshi's won't make 200.
If Anderson is fit I'd have him ahead of Neesham and Munro.Broom's performance here makes things interesting selection-wise. You would think this earns him another series, but presumably further down the order at number 5 as Ross comes back.
Neesham, Munro, Anderson, etc. would effectively be fighting it out for one spot.
If you go with one of the more batting-dominant players like Munro, Kane would legitimately have to bowl quite a few overs.
