It's Bangladesh, just because they can play on dust bowl wickets that don't bounce doesn't make them somehow anything other than woefully inept in proper sporting conditions.

I don't consider these to be sporting conditions for them. Apart from the odd one zipping through & it being a little 2-paced, it's a wicket that should suit them relatively speaking.

The bounce is what ****s them, they can't just plant their front dog and swing happily through the line of the ball knowing it won't get much above knee height in their home conditions.

There's something to that, but today has been more a case of mental self-disintegration than anything else.

I've been supporting these guys for a decade. Believe me when I make predictions on how the games will end. I'm almost never wrong. I even predicted BD winning the second test vs England before it happened.

Would have been a really bad miss had he not tried himself when they were cruising at 105-1 with only Santner managing to restrict at that point.

That wasn't a hard prediction considering how woeful they were in the first test.

This is truly disappointing from the Banglas because NZ don't seem to be playing anywhere near their best. Havent watched any of this but wasn't surprised to see Bangladesh in a winning position at one point. NZ have this tendency at home to get ****y on the back of a big win. Defeat here would have been a good wake-up call.

Great to see Broom standing tall among the ruins though. How was his innings?
