Yup, they're not out of it quite yet. one big partnership followed by some handy lower order contributions, England are right in it.

Incidentally, in agreement with the commentator, if you sit back on Ashwin like NZ did, poking and prodding, you're not lasting long. You need to keep the scoreboard ticking over. Right and left handers rotating the strike is ideal.
