I think the idea was right by Jadeja, he knew where Rashid would pitch the ball, just didn't quite get to the pitch of it unfortunately but all his shots were not random slogs but throughout shots knowing the field.

Imo we should start building towards a team with 5 Dravid Jrs at the top of the order and 5 Ashwin Jrs in the lower order and tail. Unbeatable.

This, too much time left for a blockathon. Scores will be about level at close of play today so will be a 2 day slug out depending how many wickets we lose today.

Of course if we bat badly again it will be all over by tea tomorrow with an easy win for India by 8 wickets or more.

Could even consider keeping Jayant in overseas tests. Lets Ashwin bat for longer and bowl less if required. Ashwin is a better bat than Rohit as it is. Also allows some respite to the three pace bowlers.
