It's not clear-cut - any could make a case and I don't know who I'd choose. I do like the idea though of having someone quite tight at number 5, in between Taylor attacking at 4 and CDG/Neesham biffing at six.

i don't think many have ever questioned the talent of both colins tbf, just their techniques and their brains. so far CdG has replicated many of his domestic efforts with cruises to 30 followed by holing out.

He's a great batsman, but facing balls and scoring runs is currently beyond him.

IDK about that. I could see him tonning up on a good day. I reckon Cdg could average 30-32 as the batting allrounder at 6 making him at least as valuable a 6 as Anderson.
