The price being paid for such a soft home season last summer being paid re: Oz batting lineup. Lots and lots of easy runs (and DNBs) and were badly exposed in SL and again today.

Not great innings from Nevill atm - couldn't score a run for ages when Voges was there and then gets a panicky single first ball of an over and exposes Starc to spin for 5 deliveries.

Cricinfo were spot on, this is such a middleweight battle. Its exciting, but the mediocrity of the batting (ex Warner) is putrid.
