Excellent Test cricket so far today - Vernon/Steyn bowling really challenging spells and Warner/Marsh playing and missing a bit but toughing it out. But SA needed a bunch of wickets early and the Oz bats should cash in now.

Yes... from a bunch inexperienced bowlers; Steyn and Philander know better they`ve done it often enough.

Pretty poor. Strayed on the legs a bit too much, went for runs. Was only his first over tbf.

Thought Philander bowled pretty well after his first couple of overs yesterday. But Steyn was awful, just self-indulgently bowled endlessly short and wasted the new ball on a pitch where you've got to make the new ball count.
