Pretty sure Ibra hasn't suddenly just forgotten how to shoot. Would be much more of a concern for you guys if he wasn't getting any chances, but he is.

The 35-year-old Swede had already had more shots than any other Premier League player this season, with 70 in 10 games
Bbc stats back up that Ibra is wasteful. His presence at least takes the pressure of Rashford but who's to say he couldn't handle it? He seems wasted out wide when his pace could really be used better through the middle.

The football today was more entertaining than LVG and Rooney is benched so those are 2 forward steps.

In fairness Burnley's keeper had an excellent game today.

Lol clearly Shearer and Murphy haven't noticed Herrera's tactic of making cute fouls. Clattenburg was wise to him today, red card all day long.

It was just a game where everything that could go wrong did, right down to our best player slipping on his arse and sliding into someone for a second yellow. Happens. For all the comparisons between our results this season and the last few, we're pretty obviously much improved. But, so have our rivals, and we're already quite a long way behind.

Moyes really in full delusion mode in that interview. Were utterly outplayed in every way, to say they deserved to get back into it just farcical.

I remember when Everton fans used to phone in en masse tp shows to say how Moyes was a much better manager than Wenger, 2was funny then even funnier now.o

Haha, I wish the 606 phone in on five live was still good.

(I suspect it has always been a bit crap, but I'm sure it was once a great deal better than it is at present).

Deep joy, todays football will be all about the crowd trouble with the Blues v Villa game.

At least West Ham are away so won't be fighting among themselves again.

Haha, I will remember the Mellor days fondly because of that one time he called Anelka a "****" live on air. Alan Green was a fairly good host, despite getting pretty annoying in his later days, but there have been some shockers since.

I even liked Spoony, even if he was pretty crap and knew barely anything about football.

The best times now are when Kelly Cates is on, but Ian Wright is usually a painful listen, and Robbie Savage is just dreadful obviously. At least that **** Lovejoy doesn't do it any more I guess.

People saying Mellor was good are just doing it because it was the first time it had really happened, he was actually appalling. He just had no knowledge of lower division football, his chat about upper echelon stuff was all about how he had just had dinner with the chairman, normally whilst saying he hated to name-drop, well ****ing don't then.

Baker is a good broadcaster, but pointless for these types of shows as he hates modern football, and by modern I mean anything before about 1980, same with his views on music really.

In the end it's all tedious now because you know what you'll get. First caller let through says something outrageous that's why it's put on air. Sometimes the presenter may facilitate it, other callers call them crap, contrarian caller in about 20 minutes agrees with original premise. rinse repeat

To be honest it's pretty much Talk radio, hence why I never listen to it anymore. It got very old very quickly. there aren't local ones down here, so we've not had it for decades like others.

Last time I listened regularly was probably more than ten years ago. I remember there would be endless calls about how Martin O'Neil was amazing, and how Gerard Houllier should be sacked. I remember one show as well where people got really mad for an entire argument over something that was referred to as "the Boateng incident", which I think involved George Boatend getting someone sent off or something.

World football phone in is much better.

Anyway, you could make a great drinking game out of 606. One drink every time the word "disgrace" is used.

Haha for some reason 'disgrace' is constantly used by Norn Irish politicians too.

I think it was decent craic in that era too, especially when Liverpool lost. Dunno whether it's got worse or it just seems that way because various online shows are so much better now.

Rashford is wasted out wide, he just isn't a winger whatsoever. I don't think United are doomed, but ultimately they have had a poor start to the season. Held at home by Stoke and Burnley and smashed by Watford and Chelsea. You look at their rivals for champions league and its hard to see a path for them to qualify. Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal, City, Liverpool and even Everton have looked much impressive and only two of those have long term managers so the whole "he is new, he needs time" excuse doesn't really wash.

I'd be very concerned however by Zlatan and Rooney. Zlatan has came from a easy league where missed chances only meant PSG would have to settle a lesser winning margin. His link up play outside the box is nice, but when he is so wasteful, its hard to justify persisting with him if his form does not improve.

Rooney is the biggest concern , he was absolute poison when he came on, and it seems he is back to leaking stories again which doubles down on his uselessness.

Another few games for Zlatan to prove himself, and the Armenian starting should be the plan of Jose.

Yesterday also proved, defensively they are light, as whenever a hack like Rojo is near team selection, you have problems.
