Lots of turn, slow though, odd one keeps low. Basically what you would expect on day 3 or 4 not 1. Will be tough to bat last if it deteriorates so anything over 200 will be hard to get.
Hardness of ball is important, looked easier as the session went on and ball got softer.

It is turning lots so it is hard for the umpires. Though the ones that pitched outside leg stump were poor.

The three I saw were pretty woeful umpiring decisions - haven't seen the one that happened before I woke up where he apparently dodged a bullet because the Banglas didn't review it

I think it's more a case of he doesn't like big beards - seems to have been pretty selective in his incompetence
Dharmasena is not a particularly good umpire. He is doing his best. Bucknor was just biased. I mean he was blatantly biased.

Good catch and some debut. If he is the real deal all of a sudden Bangladesh become a different proposition with 2 real quality spinners in the side.

Won't judge the wicket until both sides have batted, but I'd suggest England are meandering their way to significantly below-par score unless we can gt past 300. Need another good partnership and a 70+ score from Bairstow.

It was a really nice piece of bowling tbh, pitched on middle and turned way from around the wicket, taking the outside edge.God damn it. I go to the loo and the beard gets out and I miss it

No idea what a good score is, think it clear our pacemen will do better than theirs but their spinners are better than ours so it evens up a bit. I do think that 200+ in 4th innings will be tough given the amount of turn already.
