TBF he's been due one, mind you that rule rarely seemed to work with Paul Scholes and now Diego Costa.

You won, so I'm sure you'll get over it.
Haven't seen the decision yet, but Moss is completely gash. Joke of a ref.

Should've stuck to the drums. #80spopculturereferences

There's probably a Boy George joke in there somewhere, although whether it would be tasteful is another matter.

As for the match in hand, annoying to lose to West Ham in their current form, but a few of these should help keep Pardew out of the England reckoning if Southgate isn't deemed up to scratch.

So conflicted about West Ham, love their Manager, Payet is possibly my fave player, like Noble and others too.

yet the behind-the-scenes is so obscene and up-to-their-neck in Tory cronyism, despicable people, oh and when Andy Carroll comes back and scores two decent headers in the 5 games he plays, he'll be lauded as England saviour again until the next injury.

If Allardyce was still in charge Carroll would be a shoo-in so it's not all bad

Sorry, but what an absolutely disgraceful red card decision from Jon Moss. ****.
According to Ox all of the squads were informed in pre-season that a deliberate foul with no chance of getting the ball is now a red. First I've heard of it but great news if true.

Yeah, heard that. That just means there have been heaps of incorrect decisions to not give red cards though.

My personal opinion is that there should be a sin bin for those type of challenges, as a yellow clearly isn't enough. A three game ban is excessive though.

Having to watch Coquelin for three league games is worse than dropping points.
Haha come on, I know you're being hyperbolic, but really...

It wasn't that long ago that an injury/suspension to a key player meant that we'd have to endure Flamini, Denilson, or Squillaci or someone like that. I'm heartened that these days when something like this happens the guy who comes into the team is at least mostly serviceable.

They've kind of accidented on a level of punishment similar to a sin bin- usually a yellow but occasionally a red. Obviously we can't trust refs to choose randomly, so maybe they should flip a coin.
