Stokes didn't even play the first warmup game- and the second is ongoing.
Well I hardly think that matters, we're living in the post-fact era now.
Here you go mate

Ben Stokes refused to shake hands with Bangladeshi player???www.facebook.com/NewsandViewsOfficial - Video Dailymotion

It's all over BD news today. My Bengali friend shared it with me on my phone..I just didn't know how to share it on CW from there when I made that post.

That's a news channel in BD and they're reporting it as Ben Stokes. I'm just going by that. It's possible it's someone else. I guess we'll have more information later.

Stokes looking like he might be one of our best batsmen in the conditions which would be a huge step forward for him.

****** tour continuing for Bairstow.

lol it apparently happened before lunch on the first day of this current warmup game according to the cricinfo and guardian journalist that is out there. Not quite sure why the Bangladeshi bat was looking to shake Stokes hand unless he was trolling - and Stokes does have a hat in his right hand.

this was at lunchtime on day one of a two day game.

Given Ballance hasn't batted this innings and didn't play the odis he's looking the least likely of the bats to play the test. Quite a turnaround from the summer if so with no Vince, Ballance or Hales.

Yeah, looks like he will only play if Cook doesn't make it back. Presume that Duckett will bat at 4 with Hameed opening with Cook.

I am fine with that anyway, Ballance was fortunate to get back in when he did and hasn't really done enough to be certain of keeping his place.

He was slow during the partnership with Duckett and then got his strike rate up after lunch so it's probably just not updating very often.

I think Ballance will play. Still insist Bairstow shouldn't be batting above 7 out here, and his keeping remains a worry.

If Buttler plays as a specialist batsman I refuse to watch.

Duckett would be a nailed on starter you'd think. Wonder if they will take gamble and go with Hameed as well, Duckett at 4.

That is the thing, we are a few days away from the test and we have absolutely no clue what the line up is going to be.

Cook, Root, Bairstow, Stokes, Woakes, Moeen and Broad will all play but the other 4 places could go to anyone. Duckett should play but is it as opener or in middle order and I presume Rashid will too.
