Cricketer Of The Year
Billings and Duckett hopefully above Bairstow and Vince now, some good long-term stuff coming out of this series, however it turns out.Horrid shot. Hopefully means billings goes ahead of Barstow in the ranks.

To be fair England without Hales, Root, Morgan, Wood, Plunkett (2 games), Roy (this game).Ths would have been an easy series win for Bang if the Fiz was fit.
20 innings for England. Top score of 51, with a penchant for wafting his wicket away as well.Yeah the lucky **** has played 5 games. If he played for Durham he would have only got 4 games for sure.
If James Taylor didn't have his heart problem I'd back a 3-0 competitive England win, he and Root would make a huge huge difference. To be fair England without Hales, Root, Morgan, Wood, Plunkett (2 games), Roy (this game).
Think full strength for both sides I'm backing England after what I've seen so far probably 2-1.
Super close game here though, has been a really good close series throughout. Could go either way, and likely going to go to last couple of overs either way.
How was Stokes after 20 innings?20 innings for England. Top score of 51, with a penchant for wafting his wicket away as well.
They have lots of talent and are a good team but think their batting is still a bit short, especially given the nature of most pitches ODI cricket is played on around the world.Shaiful has bowled well today. Been an impressive comeback series for him.
Between Shaiful, Taskin, Fizzy, Al Amin and Rubel BD's pace stocks look quite healthy post-Mortaza.
I'd really like to see Nasir, Moses and Mahmadullah keep up their bowling too tbh. So many spin bowling allrounders and we don't utilise them fully. Shabbir bowls decent leggies too doesn't he? But he's a bit raw, and probably wants to focus on is batting. Mominul can bowl handy left arm tweakers too, if he makes a comeback to an ODI side they should use that.
Taijul and Jubair are good pure spinning prospects and should be persisted with. And then there are Gazi and Shuvo - if they can sort out their actions, they're useful too.
Moses is a good find for the batting. I love Kayes 2.0. Soumya and Aminul have so much potential, I hope they utilise it.
Really tho, BD just need to find this gear more often. Everyone carry their weight with the bat. The lower order needs to support the top order better. And bowlers need to hold their nerve and the fielders need to stay disciplined. They just need to sustain this level of performance, and maintain the core group of talented players.
Hmmm they're not the only side with a long tail atm tho - India have much the same issue in ODIs.They have lots of talent and are a good team but think their batting is still a bit short, especially given the nature of most pitches ODI cricket is played on around the world.
He's the best we have AFAIK. And he's alright if you manage to get his overs out of the way, doesn't do too much but keeps it tight generally and mixes it up a bit. Very good fielder. To the Bangladeshi fans. I know that with Shakib in the team you can play a batsman who bowls a bit at 8, but won't another specialist spinner be worth it in Asian conditions especially? I like Nasir Hossain but is he really good enough to bowl 7-8 overs every game?
